MEET OUR STAFF

Both the secretarial and the nursing staff are highly trained to care for your needs. They appreciate the intricacies of a visit to a surgeon. You can expect from them compassion, competence, care, courtesy, and attention to detail.

We are here to listen to your questions and concerns and to help provide solutions leading to better health for you.

Mrs Lynne Stewart

Lynne is a truly gifted person with not only secretarial skills but also banking and business experience. She has been with us for ten years. Her duties are secretarial and whilst she is ostensibly in a reception capacity, she does much more than just that. The handling of appointments, booking of hospital theatres and day to day liaison between patients, doctors, and families is amongst her duties. She manages the discharge of her duties with efficiency and grace. You can expect a charming smile and a genuine calm and caring manner about Lynne. She has the unique talent of making even the most nervous patient feel at ease. This is only matched by her baffling ability to book patients when to the casual observer such a task might appear insurmountable!

Mrs Eleanor Grant

Eleanor is a busy young mother to three lovely girls but somehow still finds time to manage accounts and administrative duties that are pivotal to the smooth running of the practice.

Eleanor and her husband are also very successfully managing a family business and Eleanor brings those experiences in her skill sets to this practice. She is a gifted and meticulous individual with a keen eye and a sharp intellect. Her duties does not place her in patient contact but she is regardless still of utmost importance to daily patient care.

Ms Kate Padilla

Kate has managed to master the art and science of clinical nursing in record time and to then further these gifts through practice and didactic teaching/learning. She brings to us a wonderful balance of youthful enthusiasm, energy, passion for perfection and that special brand of kindness that is her unique signature.

Vast experience, great interpersonal skills, and up to the minute knowledge belies her youth. How she could squeeze so much experience into a young life defies possibility.

She is a particularly capable young lady with a perfect balance of work ethos, professional discharge of clinical care and the social skills to make all our patients comfortable in her presence.

Ms Srijana Heuju

As our newest team member we are pleased to welcome  Srijana. She has managed to make herself indispensable in short order. She particularly enjoys surgical nursing and has given us the impression of a person capable of every success.

She is particularly gifted in putting patients at their ease with her genuine and personalised care and concern. Young and old seem to find her unhurried and devoted care most welcoming.

Mrs Ada Younessi

Ada officially serves as the business manager but her role is so much more than drawing up patient care plans and implementing them. She occasionally doubles as receptionist, paymaster, purchasing officer and the list goes on. Where she becomes indispensable is in that very ill-defined interface between humans and technology! She knows how to make machines follow instructions that had heretofore been impossible for the machine to understand! Her mastery of IT, software engineering and the art which binds and makes the science complete has allowed Dr Younessi to concentrate on what matters most: patient care. This, after all, is why we are here!
